Why didn't the Horde stand up to Sylvanas

After the burning of Teldrassil?

Because the devs didn’t want them to.

yeah that’s pretty much it

Sylvanas is just a toy for the Horde.

They used her as an excuse to fulfill their warmongering desires and when they felt it was enough because then, their innocence would not be believable, they kicked her aside.

Sylvanas did nothing wrong. She was just used by the Orcish Horde, all planned by Thrall.

Because the only value the Horde really hold dear is getting to murder things.

Doesn’t matter what else they claim to care about. The moment killing things is on the table all those values disappear.

because she was actually attacking the alliance, unlike Thrall who was a pacifist and wasn’t like Garrosh who was openly racist against anyone not an orc.

she promised them that she’d win the war for them, and from their point of view it actually looked like she was doing just that. she is also extremely charismatic and was able to convince the “honorable” Saurfang that the best course of action would be to attack Teldrassil, so convincing the regular masses that everything was going their way would have been childs play to her.

Not all Horde were really bothered by it. Many had no issues fighting the Alliance and invading the night elf lands in the first place.

The burning was extreme and not the original plan, but it’s still more or less what they came there for. At the time Sylvanas was supporting the Horde, she hadn’t gone Garrosh and turned against them yet. The civil rift needed time through BfA to really widen out.

I honestly can’t tell you OP.

Like, one month before hand, We had united the entire planet together under a single flag. The army of Legionfall.

We went to a different planet and killed space satan.

And then Sylvanas decides to commit genocide.

you’d think in any logical universe. The army of Legionfall would then go kick Sylvanas’ butt. But that’s too smart I guess.

We wouldn’t have attacked if Varian was still alive.

Mueh’zala saw the marketing projections of body pillow sales and contacted the devs about it

Because they are weak and without honor, truly pathetic when you think about it. No wonder Saurfang left them, they are a disgrace currently.

We were too busy sitting down with her at our lovely bonfire.

Smores?

Because we were cold, and we saw a huge tree with weird unworthy creatures, so it didnt matter much to us. Wood well spent.

Because the horde really does not like the Alliance and most were happy to see the tree burn? She was doing what a war chief should do, wage war.

The same reason the Alliance are complete idiots. (lolno gas masks when attacking the Blight Capital).

The devs write them that way.

There were more trees to burn…

Because many of them have been fighting a bloody, dirty fight against the Night Elves over Ashenvale for a long time and wiping them off Kalimdor ain’t a bad option.

The night elves killing orcs was what drove Grommish to drink the green Kool-Aid a 2nd time. Many did not forget that.

'Cuz the Horde and Alliance are s’pose to be enemies? Just 'cuz we sometimes have to take time out of killing each other to stop the Legion or the Old Gods doesn’t mean we like each other.

All of the neckbeards that want to get with a 15 year dead corpse allow sylvania light bulbs alot of plot armor.
