The first flask I made was yesterday at 9:30pm where I got a free Fleeting, soulbound flask for my own use.
Well it’s now after 10pm the next day, I bought all the overpriced mats to make another flask, and in typical modern WoW fashion, I was disappointed to see I did not receive a Fleeting, soulbound flask for this.
Anyone have any tips to track this hidden buff and/or tell me tf ?

edit: ahh, the tooltip says “has a chance”. So probably 2% chance, just like it’s been a month of me trying to learn a flask at all and I just got my first one yesterday.
