Why did we nerf our only ability by half (pvp)

The lightning nerf was expected but I’d much rather they nerfed it in pve as well and didn’t do the 4% overall at all. It’s still going to be an insane raid cooldown in pve on a 30 second CD. I imagine they will end up nerfing it later in pve anyways.

We’ve known the lighting was going to be busted good the entire PTR cycle but they couldn’t figure out how to adjust it.

CJL just did too much damage I guess. And the 4% nerf probably has to do with pve.
