The game is acting like the expansion launched in some ways.
EG: Gold rewards removed from TWW world quests. The log in screen now show’s the midnight version rather then pre patch version. You can now see apex talents. and more.
BUT you can’t level up past 80 still, and can’t go into the new zones.
Why was this released like this? we still have 3 weeks. Let me farm some more gold.
because no one at bliz controls any of this. An unpaid, and overworked intern pushed this patch and didn’t get info on what changes were in the patch and so couldn’t tell the CM. They probably fell asleep at their DESK. And now that full paid job that was being dangled over them like a carrot on a stick will be removed.
Also bummed I missed the window to get max level feat at level 80…all I had left was Evoker and I kept pushing off my boost purchase…now I won’t do it since you need 90 for all classes (which you can’t get…in the same vein as the rest of this thread).
Funny you mention “You do not have a pet to summon”; as I got that specific error on an ancient hunter I briefly logged into. Turns out my Call Pet or whatever, was set to call pet 3, and I didn’t have a pet 3. Had to pull the call pet/summon pet whatever out from the spellbook fresh to get it to summon my pet #1; which I’ve had on that toon since late vanilla or early BC.
Fortunately that worked, and “FeedMe” now safely stands at my hunter’s side once again. Though for some reason or another, he never gets hungry anymore.
Ah that explains why I am doing 40% less damage today than yesterday. Those are some insane nerfs to unholy and I was doing considerably less damage in m+ then people with lower ilvl than me. Idk how anyone though those levels of nerfs were at all acceptable.
i did the same thing. i really dislike evoker gameplay, so i was putting off leveling my evoker until we got the xp buff so it’d be as fast as possible. now i’ll have to level all 13 classes to 90 if i want the achieve
if you have been following the beta patch notes (if not why not?) . There have been many changes to try to balance the specs. This way we get them a bit at a time instead of all at once.
