They were arguably the best thing they added to the game and gave incentive for elite people like myself to replay dungeons over and over. Removing it was a big mistake, i hope they add something similar in dragon flight

Your use of the the term elite is very, very loose but that aside it was removed cause allot us donât like the endless rng grind. We just wanna do the hardest content, kill it and get the best reward for it and be done.

Letâs be real, as stupid as Titan Forging was⊠when you did get one in LFR it was pretty dope.
endless rng grind that you create yourself then complaining about it so it gets taken out for people who enjoyed having it in is so hilarious.

Corruption was obnoxious and annoying. Titanforging was way over the line. I could do a WQ killing one elite and end up with Heroic raid gear? Yeah no. lol

Personally I felt the issue with titanforging and corruptions was psychological.
If you got a really high titan forge, and/or got the perfect corruption at the right rank you felt amazing.
but
If you didnât get a high enough titan forge, and/or didnât get the right corruption at the right rank you felt really bad.
One of those situations happened far more frequently than the other.
Keeping players in a state of constant disappointment, and hoping for the âhighâ of the RNG finally swinging their way, probably didnât play out as well as Blizzard hoped it would.
In a world with titanforging and corruption, there is functionally no BiS (that you will ever realistically achieve).
Many of us want to attain BiS, as a silent accomplishment, to be able to say âI am now done with gearing!â as well as eliminating gear as a convenient excuse for why your dps sucks.
You canât actually get BiS in the duration of a tier when titanforging means you can always get a stronger version (or youâre stuck in a Siege of Orgrimmar length content drought)
bring back Twilight Devastation.
lack of control with players is what ruins fun in wow omg i have to get that best titanforge no matter what i canât stop amazes me lol. quit ruining fun cause you canât control getting the amount of dopamine hits you get.
Game is better with Titanforging.
Now normal, heroic, and WQs are useless. Nice job guys!
