The Draenei named it Draenor which means sanctuary. The Ogres and Arrakoa had own versions too. Yet the Orcs the main race of the planet never bothered to give it a run. Why is that? Does Blizzard not care about Orc culture or is this more of this racist smelly savages trope we are seeing here? I need answers.

They definitely had names for their regions. Maybe the entirety was just “home” or “life”.
What is our given name for reality? So other species name it and we just don’t have a name for it? Maybe the orcs had no reason to name it because they never left “it” so there was never a need to create a word to describe the place where they are always at.

The orcs didn’t have a concept of the cosmos and therefor didn’t have a name for the world. It was simply “the world” to them
They were too busy smashing rocks together and dragging their knuckles everywhere to be bothered.
Naming your home planet always happens in fiction. In reality noone names their own planet.
We call ours Earth, which is not a name but the substance that was created with. Any other lifeforms that live in the universe would call theirs the same thing except in their own language.

It was named after the Draenei. An Alien race not native to the actual world. I find this pretty insulting if you ask me.
We call it Earth but its scientific name is Terra.
They have their own langugae. Can’t post image since even after years of activity I never managed to rise in the trust levels sadly.
Which means dirt.
