Why did the mage become a crap, I play a mage and he is just terrible at completing quests, he constantly lacks mana, he has low dps, he has a high tick and a high skill cooldown, this is the worst class for ever

Yeah mage is so bad they can only aoe down packs of same level mobs while healing themselves once beofre they have to drink water.
Pull 7-10 mobs with living bomb,
frost nova,
living flame,
profit
If you’re pulling mobs 1 by 1 on a mage yes it’s slow, you’ll need to drink a lot, but you’re also playing the class wrong
It’s literally easier and faster to kill 5 mobs than it is to kill 1 mob due to living bombs/living flame

Mage is one of the most OP classes in SoD…
Sounds like hunters need another nerf. Poor mages can’t solo a dungeon.

bro living flame deals close to 1000 dmg at lvl 25, and it’s that crazy at lower lvls too.
living flame will also be nerfed, and they will simply cut the domag by 80% and make an insta cast of the skill)
I’ve yet to have even 20% of living flame damage be dealt to someone of all the times I’ve used it. The fire is slower than Marshal Windsor, and probably the most avoidable spell in the game.

Same with Paladin. Can’t manage 2 mobs at the same time. He wears mail, might as well be a clothie.

Mages are not crap at all. Their AOE heals, even after the nerf are insane. Regeneration / Temporal Beacon is amazing, living bomb does a tone of damage, ice lance is bis for leveling / tagging mobs, mass regeneration is god tier for healing - same with rewind time, and arcane blast is also great for aoe. They are not crap in any sense of the worse.
Mage is somehow even better at aoe farming now, theyre literal tanks while doing so. Its crazy the amount of mages I see just spamming arcane explosion in mob camps.
Weird. I find I murder 2 at level mobs. 3 is generally fine too. If I get 4 I probably have to bubble and heal.
