Why did the concept Demon Hunter's pants become an out of place underwear?

So, found this image and it got me thinking… Why didn’t those turn into starter gear for Transmog or something of the sorts? They fit perfectly for minimalistic Transmog for DHs. Was it an engine limitation or whatever?

it was more likely the fact that it resembles blood/night elf culture too much.

So instead Blizzard opted to distance Demon Hunters asthetics away from Blood/Night elf asthetics a bit more?

I don’t know, but I would have preferred more fanservices for female DH, if Blizzard hadn’t allowed transmog clothes armors without having to change our leather armor.

But even so we have to share with classes that our appearance has nothing to do with it.

What heck this? Venthir set for DH, come on … We are true Demon hunter, we are not even close to a copy + paste DH copy + paste, it can’t be that there isn’t a decent transmog for a DH after Legion.

I don’t know… Doesn’t make much sense, ever since they retconned Demoniacs, Demon Hunters have been an exclusively Elven practice. Even if they open up the Class to other races, it still has deep roots within Illidan’s teachings.

Oh, don’t even remind me, man. Demon Hunters were introduced on the last expansion with sets completely inspired by Class Fantasy. Even if they return with Tier Sets as they said they would, I doubt they would be based on the fantasy of the class, but rather of the expansion, which is a bummer for Demon Hunter Transmogs.

Well, it’s less about the “belt”(even though I would have liked to use it outside of the underwear if the possibility existed) but rather than hand and feet wraps as well as the leather pants. It’s perfect for Night Elven DHs.

Yeah… Or sometimes they get rushed out of the gate… cough looking at you, male Night Elves cough.

Besides that troll plate set in BfA it looks like the rest of the direction of pants has been pretty conservative for some time now.

Would be cool to have a change.
