I mean seriously, they literally killed off the Undead. Did the writers just brain fail or what? They just dumpster our Queen’s lore, then leave us hanging going into the next expansion? They tried to shovel us some lame alliance character as our leader, literally never even met the Forsaken and literally no reason whatsoever for us to follow her… Just plain lame writing and i literally dont even know who our leader is?
Some people say Voss should lead… omg they know nothing of Forsaken lore, Lillian is literally a child. A CHILD. Do you realize that Sylvannas literally FREED us from the lich king? She took us in when nobody else would. Gave us a home, and direction. Gave us hope and strength. AND THEN SOME LAME WRITERS LITERALLY RUINED THAT RELATIONSHIP AND WROTE IN SOME GOOFY ARCH THAT MADE NO SENSE IF YOU EVEN SPENT MINUTES KNOWING THE UNDEAD LORE.
It might not mean anything to you, Blizzard, obviously the lore is not priority, but to some of us IT MEANS A LOT. For 2 decades i and many others repeated the lines. What would you ask of death? Beware, our enemies abound! Our time will come. Remember, patience… discipline. Dark Lady watch over you. Trust no one.
There is no race in this ENTIRE game in which the real actual players share a connection, a loyalty, as strong irl as Forsaken players share. Trolls could, but there are lazy about it. And here i am thinking about buying Dragonfight, but all i can think about is how lazy the writing probably is and the story terrible, and what if the writers literally just forget about the Forsaken and we just move on as dumb skeleton people with no real lore anymore.
I SWEAR IM SO MAD RIGHT NOW ABOUT THIS I PUT MY CREDIT CARD BACK IN MY PURSE FOR NOW. I just can’t do it. FIX THE FORSAKEN LORE PLEASE. It means a lot to a lot of us. Dont make us go into Dragonfight in a mess like this. WE MATTER TOO.
good to see you still havent run out of topics to troll about i guess. have you tried the feldrake though? thats a much easier button to press right now
She didnt. The player did. Technically Tirion did. When Sylvanas encountered Arthas she had to flee because she wasnt even remotely a match for him. Sylvanas did as much as Jaina. Nothing.
As for your current leader: Shes the reightful heir to Lordaeron. It also prevents the Alliance from going “hur dur alliance territory hur dur” anymore.
Sometimes I’m scared to read the forums at work so when I just randomly
burst out laughing they don’t think I’m crazier than I already am. For some reason, this was funnier than it needed to be lol.
Is she really one of us? She wasn’t raised like we were. She didn’t suffer like we have. Does her heart burn with anger, and her ichor flow with spite? Has her every moment of undeath been locked in a battle to survive against those who wish all of us, permanently, dead? How can we trust her?
Honestly I’m not an Undead player and the 9.2.5 Lordaeron questline was the most I’ve seen the Undead and it was the last big questline added to Shadowlands. That was their attempt to smooth some things out and it’s okay to be dissatisfied with it but don’t act like they forgot. It’s a lot more than other races have gotten recently.
I like Classic for the old flavor of Forsaken. However, a faction that distrusts, hates, and schemes against all others isn’t inherently something you can maintain forever in a story.
I am just surprised the Blood Elves and Forsaken players like each other so much. Not like the Forsaken didnt destroy half their city and kill most of their people so bad they changed their name to Blood Elves.
I’ll admit Sylvanas could have been written a lot better. Instead of betrayal she could have remained Horde, be the Horde’s de facto Spy master, didn’t need to be good but didn’t need to be a villain either. I don’t know, there’s a lot I’d like to say but my tiny brain can’t really process the correct words to get my feelings across.
Her brother is the reason no one in Lordaeron survived in the first place. Then the alliance didn’t love their dead anymore and forsaken them. Lillian Voss is a child in the sense that she’s not been undead nearly as long as many of the other forsaken.
Sylvanas’s will power helped the forsaken from being mindless scourge under the lich king. Bad writing made the jailer responsible for Arthas and Sylvanas, but the alliance took it upon themselves to hate their fallen loved ones. Calia is no leader of mine. Dark Lady watch over you.
