As the title says, if you open up your map, you can see her hourglass icon in Oribos.
No one has access to SL content on live yet, if you go to the emissary in Orgrimmar you will find Chromie in there.
Chromie exists in all instances of time and space. She is even so good that she not only saw but helped save herself from her own death.

Well, I get it, but I mean from a gameplay standpoint. Only new players can select the expansion they want to level in through Chromie time, and Shadowlands only becomes available once you reach level 50, there isn’t much reason for her to be there.

Might be a bug. She isn’t there on beta.
Chromie goes wherever Chromie wants. No one can tell her no.
Maybe it’s a future Chromie going back in time. So to her Shadowlands is legacy content lowbies are now leveling through and she just got lost in the timeways!

It’s new content. Why should Chromie miss out on it? That’s her main, the rest are her alts, and she wants to see the new stuff too!

Chrome is somewhat omnitemporal, or at least that’s how I’ve understood it.
Well, several versions of her died, so it would be weird for her to NOT be in Oribos.
My guess is that at max level we’ll be able to trigger chromie time again for level scaled adventures in old content.
Let’s be frank here, we had to help her undo her untimely death in that scenario.
And I’d do it again to save her bronze behind too
Strictly speaking she’s outside the embassy, in one of those lean-to shacks, under a clothesline of somebody’s underwear, and next to a pile of flour sacks.
What? New players can’t select the expansion they want to play in, they get BFA. Only players who have been through BFA at least once get a chance to start again on a new alt, than head to Chromie in their major city and change to whatever expansion they want.
Because we have never seen 1 character in 2 places at once before in this game.
I’m just saying. How can Nazgrim be a death knight if he’s alive in that inn in Pandaria?
Obviously, Chrome is in Oribos to allow us access to the period in time before Sylvanas burnt it down…
