Why can't my dragon breath fire?

I like dragon flying (sue me all ya haters) but it just needs a little something something… Breathing FIRE!!!

Although I would really prefer a 20 mm gun, sidewinders and hellfire bombs and a totally rad HUD with a tone when I have radar lock. Hopefully I just need to grind some more renown to unlock the F-35 “dragon”

Until then can we get some fire?

There should be a third option for that “landing choice” tier wherein you gain an ability akin to Dracthyr’s Deep Breath.

Sidenote, it is extremely gratifying to end a Soar as a Dracthyr by winding up a Deep Breath while in midair.

In all seriousness I would prefer to make the skill choice: Dragon Riders Initiative/Compassion (aoe dmg or shield) to be selective: do I want a soft landing (no aoe/shield, remain mounted) or do I want dive hard and crash into the ground (getting aoe/shield and auto-dismounted)

You haven’t lived until you did a Jump Hover Glide Hover Glide Deep Breath to travel from one side of a big space to the other. Can cross the Valley of Honor with that stuff.

I just want to complete world quests by interacting with things in flight form again.
