Now I have to go to the person in the zone to turn the quest in. Why did you change this?
Wasn’t it always that way? I thought we always turned them in at the quartermaster for the corresponding zone.
What person in the zone? Which quartermaster?
I haven’t done one in the last few days, but its always been at the quartermaster person in the zone. Unless it was on Kul Tiras (for the Horde players), then its at the honorbound quartermaster.
I could always turn all of them in at the Honorbound person at the docks. But I just finished a Nazmir invasion and I couldn’t turn it in there anymore.
No, the nazmir one has always had to be turned into the quartermaster in nazmir as far as i know. I have always had to go to the quartermaster there.
Honorbound quartermaster was only for invasions that took place on kul tiras. Which is 1/2 of them.
For Horde:
Voldun invasion turned in at Vulpera Hideaway
Nazmir invasion turned in at Zul’jan Ruins
Zuldazar invasion turned in at Honorbound quartermaster
All KT invasions turned in at Honorbound quartermaster
Expect Alliance equivalents
I am clearly going insane, I guess. I always remember killing the captain and then hearthing back and turning in the quest at the docks.
Yeah maybe. It has always been like this.
Always been this way depending on the zone, as far as I can tell. Like Vol’dun you turn it in at the Hideaway. Can’t remember ever turning in Vol’dun or Nazmir at the docks.
I turned my in this morning on the docks in Kul Tiras. I’ve never turned it in anywhere else.
You are exactly right. If the invasion is on your own factions side, you turn the quest in in the zone that its taking place in. If the invasion is on the other factions zone, you turn the quest into your main factions quartermaster, Honorbound, or 7th Legion.
Its always been this way.
Also, the rep is different. You get 500 rep for the zone the invasion is in when its on your side, and 500 rep with your major faction. If the invasion is on the opposite side, you get 1000 rep to your major faction, either 7th legion, or Honorbound.
It wasn’t something like the Honorbound paragon turn in? I know the invasions have the paragon chests on light speed mode for honorbound.
Thats weird. I wouldn’t put it past a bug being present that could effect things.
Edit: Disclaimer - I am not saying any thing did or didn’t happen. So no one (not necessarily you, Rhielle) take this as me discrediting anyone’s experience. Feel like I need a disclaimer on my posts nowadays.
Nope! I’m nowhere near a Paragon cache yet. No idea what’s up with the differences.
hugs I know how you feel.
