character is well over a week old…..i saw the button briefly appear yesterday, figured id wait to get my sargerei robes, and now it wont even appear, not even by logging into the same server the toon is on does the transfer to retail button appeara
I had someone in my guild that had the same issue. Couldnt figure it out.
Probably some buggy shenanigans happening.

It’s currently not working after coming back from maintenance, fix a few other issues and break this one yet again, it’s honestly embarrassing.

No, they gave people the option to convert, otherwise when Legion Remix ends all characters will be auto converted anyway.

When you log into the character select screen do you see the button just to the left of your character’s name? If so, click on it.
I’ve transferred two Blood Elf Paladins so far.
Make sure the screen is on the same Server as your Lemix character.
You’ll be able to transfer them after Remix is over.

Did they fix character services? I didn’t read the patch notes.
I’m wondering if they put that on pause, because of the issue of some players somehow using remix players inviting to groups and using them in retail for raids, something along those lines, swear there was a post, or someone in a topic like this one talking about that not to long ago. Weird, It was just working the other day when converting my hunter over, now nothing even there, no icon, nothing.

You need to be on the server that your character is on.
For instance, Sen here is on Sentinels, but my Lemix characters are on Kirin Tor. I’d need to change servers to Kirin Tor and then convert them to Retail.
i tried that already, mine is on tichondrius, switched to tich, still nothing, im totally lost here
Maybe they disabled it again. I’m not sure. Could ask their BlueSky or Twitter account if it’s disabled.
That thing has bene acting up for weeks with reports being made.
If you want to keep your character wait til event is over, otherwise delete character. The mogs and mounts stay either way.

The last note I heard is that Blizzard disabled Lemix to Retail conversions again after characters ended up in a broken phase in the capitals, unable to teleport anywhere or to pick up quests.
A blue comment on these issues would be very appreciated.

It’s purpose was to let us leave if we wanted to.
This glitch,turn off,what ever it is really shouldn’t be putting players in a position of making us feel like we have to go through the entire event and wait it out or delete our runners.
They really could have put in a fix for this by now.
I will always find fascinating when people level two of the same class and race. And I mean it. Always makes me want to ask their reasoning behind.
Because it’s always something cool.
