Why can't I get to the Zakera Vault Island patch 10.1

So ever since patch 10.1 dropped, I can’t get to the Zskera Vault zone anymore. I still have the FP AND the teleport pad and yet, I can’t go there anymore. What am I missing? I see new quests on the island but i cant go and do them. This is really aggravating me.

Have you tried just flying there?

I had to go there to finish up the last leg of the campaign on my rogue alt, so I could unlock the 10.1 story line. So it worked fine for me, I just took the FP there.

If you faction changed recently, you might have unlearned the FP. Just fly to the island on your mount and relearn it.
