Why can't I get a free transfer back to Grobbulus?

I transferred off of it when the queues were 6 hours long, and now I don’t have the option to go back there when the server I went to is dead now?

Free transfer generally match server type.

Pretty sure I took what was available to xfer. I dont think RP-PVP was an option at that time. It was right before wrath launch.
