Why can't I enter Grim Batol?

I don’t even see the instance portal. What’s going on?

I fly to the portal from Org, then fly to the instance and I just see the doorway. No instance portal :frowning:

Nevermind. Apparently I had to complete the questline “Returning to the Highlands”
