Why can you only turn war mode on in org and storm wind? It makes sense if they allowed it in every major city to be able to do it…but only the two major cities…why?
It would cost us a raid tier to add in the ability anywhere else.

I’ve never really put on war mode, but I thought you could change it any resting area, maybe I’m wrong hell I don’t know.
Pure speculation, but probably to prevent people from turning it on/off for as a tactic in World PVP.
I guess it just seems silly to not be able to do it in all cities…

PVP happens in cities too, or at least it used to. Now Org and SW are the hardest cities to attack because anyone can join PVP combat there.

But the shard is shared in Stormwind and Orgrimmar for Warmode, it is as it has always been, PvP is by default toggled off in there unless you manually toggle it or have War Mode on.
You can turn it off in all cities.

It’s just annoying to have to fly back to org to turn it back on is what I mean.
I thought you could but maybe I’m wrong like I said I don’t put myself in war mode too much of an expletive.
It would be nice if I could at least do it in Valdrakken. But it’s only a minor annoyance, really.
I do miss the shear terror of a PVP server. No City no town, no burb, no flightpath, no cave was safe.
It’s probably just because it’s the simplest thing to keep it at the starter city for also new characters.
The vast majority of PvP servers. Were just 1 faction was at 80 percent and the other faction only had 20 percent…
