Please! I can tell you’re new to WoW and I bet you didn’t know when your character’s gear was completely broken back in the day, they had no clothes / armor because it was broken.

The point went a mile over your head… it’s not blizzard’s job to make sure a child isn’t playing there game when anyone can make an account and just lie, so no changes should be made to accommodate them… and parents if they don’t want their crappy kids seeing these things, it’s up to them to allow or disallow.

But I love going commando, it’s so breezy! 
Still, it’s not like genitals are bouncing or swinging, females are wearing underwear/bikini and the males a basic brief/swimsuit. As said, nothing any kid at any public pool or beach would not see on a regular bases.
Look on the bright side, at least there are no man-kinis gear sets ------ yet. 
Just my opinion from my perspective - I was born in 99 and have been playing MMO’s since EQ in kindergarten. Right or wrong, that was my exposure and I’ve been playing ever since.
There’s nothing wrong with no pants. Lol. Nothing at all. It’s no different looking than a swimsuit. The children will live. What is MORE concerning is pedophiles that creep around in the game looking for kids to engage in conversation. That does happen.
So, yea, if you’re worried about the kids, keep an eye out for suspicious activity with characters around them (if you see them in game and it is obvious they’re a kid) instead of worrying about pants. I rarely see any kids though these days so it seems to be a non-issue for the most part.
This is an extremely weird and creepy take. I think you’re injecting something into the situation that isn’t really there.
I grew up seeing people in bikinis and bathing suits in swim class.
Maybe they’ll come out with an arachnophobia mode, except it’s for legs.

And yet people go to the beach with their kids with no complaints. Or a pool.
There ARE some “belts” that definitely count as pants in my opinion.
Lets give you a checkbox that make all pants visible for those thst use this…

Game’s rated T for teen so being free of the pants is fine.
