Honestly the only time i focus on anything another player is wearing is when Iʻm idle somewhere like in Valdrakken. if Iʻm busy doing something i donʻt really pay attention to anything other players are wearing.
Personally i havenʻt seen any underwear models running around yet.

Children should NOT be playing this game…it’s rated T for teen…if your child who’s below the age of teen is playing you got a problem. Don’t go trying to censor the game because parents don’t want to be responsible for their own children. This is why there is an age rating on games these days

Games for 13+, we ran around in our underwear for years till they changed the system sometime after cata.
BC had two methods of generating enough rage or mana while tanking certain fights, taking your pants off or sitting down to force crits.

It’s the best thing for dresses and robes. Pants use to clip. It just works best with some mogs and everyone has been able to also go shirtless for a while now.
The game is also T for Teen. So just deal with it I guess. Make your kids go outside to play.
