Why can the Dracthyr not choose what their humanoid form looks like?

As the title asks, Why? I want to be able to choose any form of my faction to use as my visage form. It doesn’t make sense when every other dragon in Azeroth gets to choose their form, meanwhile, we get stuck with the things from the cats’ movie.

I am not saying get rid of the current models, but why restrict player customization? If people wanna use those models, let them. If someone wants to use an alternate race model? Let them!

Also, I can’t tell the difference between male dragons and female dragons. Why do they look so androgynous?

EDIT

The way its going now? I will never use the humanoid models they currently have. It makes the original worgen model we had before the redesign look like a saint.

Yeah, if Chromie looks like a Gnome, why can’t we choose any of the races? They can transmog their whole bodies, why limit them, or us (players)?

It’s because they aren’t dragons.

Because dragons are androgynous. At least in terms of body shape. There’s certain head features that I think feel more masculine or feminine. Although even that isn’t a certainty.

It’s been pretty common feedback though that more base races for the visage forms would be good. Not even necessarily all races. But more. At least gnomes and tauren, since we’ve seen examples of those in Chromie and Ebonhorn.

They are dragons.

No they are draconic soldiers created by Deathwing’s experiments to conquer the mortals. They aint born.

Dracthyr are not the same as dragons of the Dragonflights.
They are different species.

Because the Dracthyr never met anyone outside of their race?

If anything they are draconic… But not dragons.

100% this

dtsctyr arnt the same as the dragons we have seen before

They can? There’s like a billion customizations for the visage.

Oh, you mean their race? Because these aren’t dragons. They’re kind of like Maloriak: essence of dragon power and mortal power mixed together.

The visage should be changed to a more unique rig. Belfs didn’t exist back then.

IMHO Visage shouldn’t exist at all…

Why because Drac’thyr have not seen any mortal race, they been cut off fir 10k years, the visage forms they have now are the forms that were given to them by Neltharion, now in later patchs this can change but as of xpac launch it eould make no sense to have the change to different visage forms

They were made to combat the primals. They were also created from both dragon and mortal, so why do they look like mortals that had yet to exist?

If you look closely the dont have elf ears and their faces are more angular then the elves the have more lizard inspired features then elvish

Which also makes no sense. Because Belfs didn’t exist back then.

I’m hoping those are placeholders for the rig and the model will change.

I will point you to my post before yours

Just because they share the model doesn’t make them belfs ffs…

Because they over thought the new race they created outta thin air OP.

I think they still look too similar, like how blood elves looked too similar to night elves in vanilla (which was using the night elf model). I hope they have their own stance and the like.

And I’ll also point you to the last sentence of my post before yours.

They still look almost exactly like Belfs. That body needs to change. As does the human one. First, because the Human Female body looks atrocious. Second, because they need to be a unique model.

Unique race needs changes to those rigs.

Humans existed 10k years ago in WoW primitive tribes but still existed so human models are very ok fir visage form
