Why can KT not be paladins?

Ten characters.

Good question

Surely any race that has access to both warrior and priest should have paladins, yes?

Why can’t people give their opinion on a topic they post, instead of having no substance beyond a question?

Also: because reasons only Blizz knows.

They are too fat.

Because they rather drenched in salt water than scorched by the sun… i mean, light.

Next question.

I dont know anything about them. Therefore i have no opinion. Thanks however, for posting.

There is nothing holy about them.

Wouldnt it make more sense than tauren or troll pallies?

Threads are best replied to when there’s more to talk about than one simple question that can be answered with “we don’t know.”

See, you could’ve asked that! We could help you understand them better!

Kul Tiras was founded by fearless explorers who sailed uncharted waters in search of adventure. As a key member of the Alliance of Lordaeron, the Kul Tiran navy dominated the seas of Azeroth with its legendary fleet. But after years of turmoil and hardship, the kingdom grew isolated and vulnerable to dark influences. Thanks to the help of brave heroes, House Proudmoore has been restored and Kul Tiras is poised to fight alongside the valiant Alliance once more.

2,700 years BDP, after the Troll Wars, the humans of Arathor expanded the kingdom in size and power. Those who had settled in the coastal region known as Gilneas constructed a series of robust harbors. The boldest of the sailors eventually discovered a large island to the south that was rich with metal ores and other valuable natural resources. The first of them became the tidesages, and they guided others to the island soon after. Some of them stayed on this island and founded a mighty maritime outpost named Kul Tiras. Over the decades, these new cities continued to grow and develop their own unique customs.

They worship sea gods. These gods do not have any paladins abilities. They did give them shamans. Plus they gave them mages despite only having one mage and she had to be taught outside country. So who trying new mages?

Kul Tiras and Gilneas didn’t take up worship of the Light when Lordaeron did. They have no connection to it so they don’t get Pallies. Lore wise their priests aren’t Light based.

All “Light has a weight limit” jokes aside, there is no reason. They should just allow KT to be Paladins and Zandalari to be Warlocks. What difference does it make?

The two locations of the humans for the paladins are Lordaeron and Northshire.

edit: but hey, I don’t mind AFTER GETTING A DRUID AND SHAMAN CLASS!

Because we already have enough Male Human Paladins. Do you really wanna see their cousin Male Kul Tiran Paladins?

Well his tummy could exploded with light.

How does a Sea Faring sub-section of Human population, with no connections to the light, make more sense than Tauren whom revere the sun, and use the sun’s power to channel light energy?

For the same reasons Gnomes can’t be shaman, druids or paladins.

I swear they could when i first saw them on launch

This topic has been beaten to death. Here are the bullet points:

  • they dont worship the light
  • there is no evidence of kultiras ever having a paladin
  • there are no cathedrals or places pf worship in kultiras.
  • popular argument “but they have priests!!1!” Well that is because we have evidence of using void magic (shadow priest) and the tide sages are considered a priest, but of the ocean. Lore wise no holy priests exist or even disc priests.

For the same reason they can’t be Warlocks: Blizzard is :poop:
