I did the opening quest for Zandalar. I did the opening quest for Shadowlands. Zidormi is in Tirisfal Glade and her dialogue box has her text but does not give an option to get Under City out of it’s current state of green death. I have had this issue for months now and no word from a Blue. What gives? Why can’t I access an entire capitol city?

I’m not sure if it will help but there should be a “reclaiming Loreadon” quest from Calia in Oribos. Maybe its a prereq to get the Zidormi text options now?
I believe it has been since whichever late patch of Shadowlands that questline dropped. Until you complete the quest chain to reclaim Lordaeron, the entire zone (Tirisfal and the city) is toxic and useless, and there is no Zidormi.
The developers really really want you to do that quest.

Yup! That was it. I had to basically do all the Shadowlands Campaign Quests until I unlocked it. Super lame thing to make us do especially when i wasn’t here for Shadowlands. There was no official guidance on how to fix it and I basically had to stop the current expansion to play a previous one.

Edit: You can still talk to Zidormi to take you to the past phase where UC is accessible, but you have to enter manually (fly or walk in.)
Don’t complete the Reclaiming Lordaeron questline if you ever want to access Undercity again. I finished it, and there is no way into the city anymore.
this is beyond anything.
apparently there is a long quest chain starting with talking to calia menethil.
The really insane part is that the quest mobe to kill early on are scaled to level 80 with 1.2 mill health.
someone please tel me why shadowlands content TWO xpacs a go is scaling like that?
this might be less tedious if we could now blitz through old content like eveything else in the game and get it done.
Or just put a zidormi outside undercity and forget this phased gated OLD content.

After opening a support ticket because I was locked out of Undercity, they were no help.
If you already completed the quest chain “Call to Lordaeron”, this is how I found a way in.
Go to /way 69.33 62.76 Zidormi.
Change the time to where the flight points show up in Tirisfal Glade.
Go here to the sewer entrance and fly in:
/way 51.01 70.88 Sewer Entrance
I’m having this problem now, too. Customer service is useless (as others can attest) so I don’t even think I should try.
I was able to go to Undercity just fine yesterday. Then I went through a portal to the Undercity and it was all destroyed. Now Zidormi doesn’t have the option to take me back.
I need to turn in a quest to Sylvanas. Its the necklace quest from Ghostlands.
I also still had quests in Tirisfal Glades. What the hell is going on?
