Why can i no longer buy runed with carveds?

I lost my runed and gilded acheivments.

Is this real? Am at work. Can I not trade in the yellow crests for gilded anymore?

you should be able to. i did it a few minutes ago with no issues.

I have the season 2 achievement but it has been moved to 'feats of strength.

Did you earn it on the specific character you are trying to trade up crests on?

In that case, definitely make a bug report or try a full UI reset.
