If only disc priests need it, make it so only disc priests can roll on it.
Better yet, make it so healers can’t need it on it at all. That will always be in better hands in a DPS.
And I mean stolen. I made the group specifically asking people if they needed spymasters and only taking straight melee dps and two hunters for webs.

Unbound changling and gruesome syringe. No it’s not.
Unbound Changeling - Fan favorite trinket from Shadowlands. It’s a simple stat stick trinket with INT and a chance to proc a large amount of haste. Historically these kinds of trinkets have been very good on Holy Paladin.
Spymaster’s Web - This trinket provides a significant increase to your mastery, boosts your Intellect, and has an on-use effect best activated during your wings. It’s a powerful item, but keep in mind that its effect is triggered by dealing damage, so you’ll need to use a damaging ability every 6 seconds to make the most of it. While this isn’t a major hurdle for a paladin, the main drawback is that this trinket isn’t available in our loot table since it’s categorized as a DPS trinket, making it challenging to obtain.
Gale of Shadows - Another simple stat trinket. The catch here is that its effect procs off dots and hots, making it great for Herald but potentially worthless for Lightsmith. (Disclaimer: more testing required once the season starts).
