This kinda unfair for those don’t have job or have low paying jobs in Australia and also $135 for Epic Edition really overpricing here used to buy all expac for least $50-60 till now ;(

You won’t miss anything. The major features are a third dwarf recolor and a few long-overdue quality of life changes. The rest will be the same as always. Definitely not worth the money, even in other parts of the world. Especially if you’re tight on cash, skip this expansion. With Midnight, you’ll automatically get TWW.

I mean, it is $49.99 USD, $74.95 AUD.
You convert the exchange rate between both currencies, and we’re only paying 14C difference.

you can buy it for ingame gold --you should of bought tokens off of AH when they were well under 200k and converted to Bnet balance. preparation and forethought is the key to success. havent paid for an expansion since we were able to convert to Bnet balance and not just game time
Give it a few weeks and teh gold price should drop again when a lot of returning players buy tokens with realy money to get some gold and supply on the AH is much higher than demand.
yep - we arnt paying anymore here than anywhere else in the world - unlike most other games where we pay heaps more

Well, you see, companies want money and dont really care about fairness in relation to their customers income. Lol.
Really, they just need enough regular players around to give the “whales” someone to impress. That’s where they make their real money.

I’m gonna be that person and say if you’re tight on money and can barely pay for the monthly subscription then perhaps you should take a step back and reconsider what is currently more important to obtain a stable life.

Well the price is determined by the currency value difference. The AUD is worth less than the American Dollar. Like the American dollar is worth less than a Euro.

It’s 49,99€, 69,99€ and 89,99€ here in EU. For the minimum they’re offering in the expansion, I find it pretty steep. I have no problem skipping TWW unless they announce something else that would make it worth it.

This one I don’t understand actually. It’s a 2.5 Euro mark-up on basic edition alone. Not sure why.
Edit: To clarify, It should be in the range of 46.50 Euro instead of 49.99 Euro. I re-read what I put and it confused me as a 2.5x mark-up lol… but that’s not what it is.

I dunno, but those are the prices we have for TWW.
It’s less than four hours pay at minimum wage. It’s been ten months since the announcement. There was plenty of time to put away the money.

Exchange rates between currencies. Blizzard Entertainment is based in the United States, and their main form of currency is the US Dollar. We’re paying based on the exchange rate from the Australian dollar to the US Dollar, and considering at the time of this post, our dollar is buying at 0.67 US…
