“Undead” is just a simple term referring to who we are instead of what we represent. Fun fact, the model name for Undead is called “Scourge” in the game files.

Forsaken is their faction’s name, undead is their actual race or type of being.

Like orcs aren’t really called by their clan names, they’re just referred to as orcs. Undead are undead so that’s what they’re called.

There isn’t really a difference between the undead factions. The Scourge isn’t really any more evil than the Forsaken.

They should be called stink humans
