Because Rogues can’t throw their shield like Captain America.

Balancing around heroic that is missing data for the last boss is like balancing tanks around M0.

Rogues are still good though. Sorry it isn’t a ranged pure at #1 this time.

Because…
Sub is and Assassin are energy starved, and is pretty much locked to pvp.
Combat is the only viable spec.
Talents in rogue tree are not equal across the board for mobility, why give sub’s Dance and Step and not offer hook, or kings or a assassin ability up.
I USE to main rogue.

You may try the Thistle Tea talent, it really helps a LOT. Tight spender is a good choice too especially since it unlocks Nightstalker.

Tried Outlaw Rogue, found it boring.

The data shows all three rogue spec at the top of the chart.

Not sure I ever remember a clean-sweep like this for a class before.
