Do better than Blizzard? It seems pretty reasonable to assume that almost anyone can do better than Blizzard right now.

Probably not.
Definitely could write a better story, or create a better direction for classes… and systems like covenants? It seems like a brainstorming idea that the dart landed on and they forced it, anyone could see the balancing and development nightmare that it induced.

My expectations of people are too high.
I can see that some of you are very reasonable. Some good reply’s in here.
I could probably do prettier/more diversified armor sets but thats about it … but even that’s subjective to everyone’s taste …
People rarely realize that their vision is someone else’s nightmare .
Sure think you can write a better story for shadowlands ? Hope you’re ready to get reality check by the forums , reddit and whatnot when they bash it into oblivion because they did not like it 
I’m going to assume context, and reply with a quote from Juzo Itami’s Tampopo: “Since most noodle fans are amateurs, why do you make a bowl of noodles that they cannot appreciate?”
As goes with noodles, so with games.
If people here seem unreasonable, did you think to consider that they have not had perfectly reasonable expectations met?
One does not need to make a game to see the flaws.
