I still can’t imagine why they abandoned the fantastic storytelling and class fantasy of Legion.
They could have just left Legion and the legendaries intact and sent us to new raid adventures and it would have been a superior game honestly lol.

When the new team took over, that deteriorated even in Legion.
The team that mostly constructed the initial Legion stuff is for the most part scattered on other games, retired, or left with like a bit left of the OG.
The playerbase cratered because of BFA well before SL came out
Because too many people these days can’t accept the fact that they don’t know or understand half as much as they think they do.
Denial - no longer just a river in Egypt.
Maybe you don’t know half as much as you think you do and maybe they’re right. See how that works?
That’s a really good question. I see the same thing with movie fanatics. If you like what they don’t, they really get bent out of shape over it.
Yeah it’s really weird behavior.
Damn OP spitting fire and racking up likes.
It’s popular enough to even keep the people who claim to hate it here, that makes it pretty popular.
Pure speculation.
Stop spending your time, effort, and money on a game you don’t like.
Vote with your wallet.
…imagine that, someone bashing WoW getting “likes” on the forum.
nothing new here, folks.
I dont even play anymore after 1 character, and lately not at all. The storyline having to repeat it over and over is too much for every alt… I’m thinking of unsubbing… If they didnt make you do a dull storyline for every toon i might play my alts but…
cause apparently liking something means we are in denial?
iv never understood this whole like “i dislike it so everyone has to and if you dont your clearly a shill or in denial” kind of argument
some people just like the game whats hard to understand about that exactly
Because it’s a garbage expansion. The more people like it, the more blizzard postures and pounds it’s proverbial chest like a gorilla. I’m fairly certain everyone expected far better/more than what we got. Psychologically, no one wants to hear bad news and will focus on good news. The more people give appreciation to this lousy expansion, the more blizzard will focus on those people. The more they focus on those people the less of a chance we have at an actual good content or expansions in the future.
I enjoy Ion’s game very much, I don’t know what else I can say. Perhaps I’m in denial and I’ve convinced myself it’s good when really it’s bad.
Then stop playing it and play a game that isn’t garbage.
So you are trying to twist the peoples arm that do enjoy it. Yikes there dude.
So does everyone else or they wouldn’t still be here, especially this far into the expansion.
people can enjoy things and think an expansion is nice and not be in denial about it
if anything posts like this just prove yall need some sort of therapy
Hey you all!
I’ve been offline for a few weeks now - and even though I still think have some playtime available on my account - I’ve uninstalled the game.
Did I enjoy it? Not at all.
Was it a good decision? Totally.
To be fair a part of the decission was due to I have to study a lot BUT I still find my time to play games and playing other games made me realize that I still enjoy that. Playing.
My problem with wow (particularly SL and previous exp) was the lack of engaging content -
Legion was a fresh comeback from wod with cool WQ that encouraged players to cooperate with others, cool dungeons and raids, class halls, beautiful looking class weapons (not talking about grinding AP) and mounts.
And then… BFA was more or less the same but with less stuff, less compelling assaults ands raids (loved Battle for dazaralor though) and an exhausting grind. No content besides just doing every single time every single day, the same farming and grinding to lvl up ilvl. Kinda a cool story although I never liked Ztrolls.
And now we have SL that offered me a comeback to MM, a nice playstyle for my all time loved class, but besides that… It’s the same game that we’ve been delivered during the last 5-6 years (more or less) less compelling WQ. Small new zones, an intrincated system to balance, not really attractive professions, bizarre story (blizz stop reviving characters, please) and IMHO nothing that brings us back to the roots that made us love everything that Warcraft is. Or was.
So right now, studying, listening to some relaxing ingame soundtracks, I happened to get back in here, to say hi, and you know? I’m glad you’re still enjoying the game.
I humbly think that blizz should find a better playstyle for this game - less based on numbers and dailys grinds, and more focused at ingame experiences.
From now on - until the next time - good luck

Typical brain dead response. I’ve mostly been playing classic and waiting to see what 9.1 provides.
I’m not sure how or why you have such bad comprehension. No where did I state or insinuate that I wanted to change peoples minds. I was giving an answer to the question.
Sigh… Another one with poor comprehension… I never stated that people can’t like it. I gave an answer to the person I originally replied to. My post proves absolutely nothing other that a simple answer for the question I replied to.
