No. If our pets had 100% up time what do you think would happen? Instead of 40% of damage being our pets itd be 70%ish and we would be made fun of and called no skill because we’d be far and away the best spec in the game when we’re doing well. If you don’t like it then play a different non pet using spec.
Edit if its a bug its been “bugged” literally since legion when the spec became an imp mother spec. Do you think that’s likely or more “working as intended”
