And Survival hunter aoe still gets nothing? Rets are already ridiculous in m+. Why does Blizz choose to buff an already strong class, and continue to ignore Survival? Is it just that there are certain classes that they just don’t want people to play for certain seasons?

blizzard bases all their buff/nerfs/tuning on the spec’s raid performance.
they don’t take into account mythic plus performance because i dont think blizzard really has a metric to assess mythic plus performance.
It’s our ST that’s getting buffed.

There are damage logs for M+ on Warcraft logs just like there are for Raid fights.
There is an M+ leader board assessing the spec performance through score given by Blizzard.
Havoc, Ret, and Feral all got buffs and all three of those spec are ahead of both Surv and BM Hunters in M+ damage logs and score.
Because it make you mad.
Also Surv is an abomination that needs reverted back to what it was before they tried to make melee hunter anything other than what you would pull out in a raid to mock other players.

very very few people actually log Mythic plus.
every single guild that runs the mythic raid logs.
there are a minute amount of mythic plus logs compared to mythic raid logs.
the amount of mythic plus logs would never be sufficient to give blizzard the full picture they look for when giving out buffs/nerfs.
Pretty sure they just tape spec icons to toy slot cars and base changes on final placement 
The brewmaster car is probably a bit tipsy and someone should take his keys before he crashes and takes out the bears, though.

The answer is a small amount of hunters actually like survival hunter and the others secretly want it to be terrible so they don’t have to be melee to play their hunter. And some survival players even like to be “the underdog”
Throwback to S3/S4 shadowlands where it was hard meta and MM/BM hunters were kicked for not being survival. Enjoy your rdps hunter? SV is meta? Well too bad play melee or unsub
I was wondering the same, considering how well they are doing. At the same time, I’m not really complaining.
I think blizz buffs or conveniently ignores overtuning of specs they themselves play.
i highly doubt that anyone at blizzard actually plays this game.
