Title. It’s been over half a year now.
Anytime I do an underwater delve, one, or both, of the following happens:
- One of the Kobyss grip me. Unlike what’s supposed to happen, it forces me through the floor or a rock, causing me to disconnect, killing me, and making me login with no Release Spirit Button.
- A kobyss decides to say BYE and just walks into the floor, never to be seen again… except for the fact it keeps you in combat the entire delve, no matter where you are. Even Feigning does not remove it. Track Humanoids shows the kobyss is non existent anymore as well.
For the love of everything, please fix these.

i did a tak-rethan earlier today and after a couple of pulls i was stuck in combat for the rest of entire delve as well.
I have done several of these last season and haven’t had a problem. i assumed it was the new season and/or the new underpin minions.

Did Tak as well and the last Underpin mob (to the right, at the base of the last bridge leading to boss in the little nook with cliff behind it) was idling as expected.
I afk’d 2min, if that, before engaging only to come back and he straight up poofed. Presumably under the floor as he idled about that nook. Gold pile was there. Mob was not. Lost out on Nemesis cap as such.

Blizzard really just needs to stop trying to make underwater things happen.
Could be cool if it actually worked, but they can’t get it to work.
Just call it a wash already.

ALL bugs mentioned here are still happening. And the missing Nemesis pack is spawning underground and not targetable, making it not possible to max the Nemesis chest.
I did The Sinkhole today as a healer with Tank Brann & he would not engage the 5 key mobs that need to be killed to progress the quest objective. I had to solo them while he chilled in a corner.
Then on the final boss, some of the tentacles that spawn (& spam lines of swirls) were located in the rock walls & could not be targeted. That was a mess.
Figured I’d just add to this report instead of creating a new one.

I’m in T11 Tak-Rethan on my Hunter rn and it’s borken for me also.
Brann pulled everything from the first ramp all the way to the checkpoint by jumping away and running off.
randomly stops healing and dropping heal pots.
Survived that, only for the last group of Undermine minions to bug now I’m stuck in combat with them and they are unattackable just floating near the gold pile.
I couldn’t pickup anymore mislaid curios nor did I get a Nemesis Strongbox cuz of the Nemesis Minions AI shutting down.
My pets AI is acting wonky also.
If I tell them to go to a location only 1 goes and the other just kind of meanders around.
Dire beasts are spawning but not attacking.
NOT FUN!!!
idk what you guys did but This needs fixed!!!
We are missing out on crests, professions mats, gold, and equipment.
It’s Friday night and delves are busted broke rn.
Going to be lots of angry customers.

Whenever this happens to me in the stupid underwater delves I don’t know how fast your computer is (or what the timeframe is) but if you log out and back in the instance won’t have reset (again not sure the timeframe) and the mobs will have reset.
Of course, if you’re using Brann’s large magnet or Cola ability it clears all your active, so I always make sure not to use those in those delves because it’s inevitable that I’ll have to log out/in at some point. Usually multiple times per delve.

Thanks but I’d rather they fix this.
No reason for them to have done anything behind the scenes to stealth nerf or whatever. They could have waited for Tuesday and just announced whatever they wanted to do and made sure it worked before restarting the login servers
Sorry, I’m cranky rn, but this has been going on all week and not a peep from bug support about a fix 
I just left it. No point in fighting a bugged instance. Theres no winning that fight.
Blizz please get someone on this. This needs fixed.

Oh I’m with you on a fix.
Been angry about it for as long as the expansion has been live, lol.
Just figured since they seem to do nothing about the problems I’d try to offer at least one temp workaround I’ve found while subjecting myself to the things I hate.

I love delves, it’s the reason I bought TWW and stayed subbed.
I even like the underwater ones.
Nightfall is really the only one I don’t care for and thats cuz of the 3 end boss story with all the frontals and other visual clutter going on at the same time.
Yea, my PC is lighting fast so getting logged out and back in wouldn’t be a problem, and I’m on a gigabit fiber to the house internet service so that shouldn’t be a problem at 19ms home/world

Just had issue with Brann turning hostile after a disconnect in a group run.
And in both a group run and solo run of the Abyss, the Underpin’s bombs were not clickable. Well you could click them, but they wouldn’t actually move or do anything. Willing to bet it’s a problem with the 3Dimensional aspect of the delve.
One of these days Blizz is going to stop making large scale underwater content. It’s always broken and generally not a fun experience. You’d have think they’d learned that lesson in Cata but here we are.

It is a problem when you get yanked through the floor - you die from falling into the abyss while you’re disconnected.
The water doesn’t have much to do with it this time. It’s the poorly designed monsters that were made for them that’s the problem.
