Was checking out PTR. Did they state why the FL items on the twilight vendor are non heroic? I’ve been clearing heroic rhyolith since week 2 and don’t have them helm. Was truly hoping to pick it up, but pointless at 378.

They specifically said the heroic versions of random affix items would be available.
You were expecting different from how these new difficulties have been working?
It would get replaced very soon anyway, kind of a non-issue honestly.
It makes 0 sense to have normal FL gear on the same vendor as LFR drops.
Basically a trap to waste currency on.
Is there a single normal FL item that’s better than one of the LFR options? They aren’t even significantly cheaper, it might make sense if the FL items were 5 or 10 each so an alt can get to 378 in a day.

I mean, some classes do benefit from having 2-set T12 over LFR T13. Trinkets are trinkets, and the item to upgrade trinkets to heroic is also purchasable, and the random stat goodie bags are also Heroic
not sure why they changed it from how they did it going from t11 to t12. The heroic trinkets should at least be on the vendor.
Some items are still bis from H FL even with H DS.
As an example SV hunter still wants the H FL cape. At least from the DS bis lists i have seen.
And the legendary staff still requires FL, so might as well do it on H.
I think the point of FL gear on that vendor is to buy for transmog once you don’t need any upgrades from it.
Thats what farming old content is for.
What are you even talking about? We’re talking about the dungeon vendor, which offers a bunch of normal FL gear.
I was explaining why it’s not H version on the vendor. Because some H items are still BiS.
