Just a thought, I did it myself. Make sure you are in the right dungeon and raid mode, ie. if the mount only drops in heroic or mythic, be sure to be in that mode. I did that with Midnight, on two toons, I did not realize I was in heroic when I needed to be in mythic.

Read the OP again. They’re trying to convey that if you are not in the correct difficulty for the instance in question the mount(s) won’t drop. That’s literally all they’re trying to tell us.

It’s not x10 for most mounts. It’s 6% drop chance at best. I still haven’t gotten one to drop yet.

I’m not complaining, I’ve already gotten several, Midnight, Fiery Warhorse’s Reins, Drake or the South Winds.
I’m just saying if people are having issues that may be why.

While I have no idea if the setting has meaning in the Kara scenario this dungeon seems to be “mythic only” by default as I have tried to change the setting but it never does adjust the dungeon.
Perhaps the mount won’t drop if you have it set wrong but there is no actual difference in the instance itself which I believe is a particular for this dungeon only.
I got the invisible horsey from Arthas on my first try today.

They are “not dropping” because people completely misunderstood they entire concept and just assumed the mounts would be waiting for them at the raid entrance in a gift basket.

You can still get a handful of alts and get all the legacy mounts with like no effort before the event ends

Idk what you mean, I walked into Icecrown and there it was a floating gift basket in the entrance hall and invincible in its un-seeable might.

I hope you understand that all the buffs to the mount drops, those mounts are devalued, and are less than TP mounts
There is a small dark place in my brain that is whispering “Go ahead. Go to Strat. I am sure today is the day. So what you have been farming it for 18 years. It’s a guarantee drop now. Doo eeeett”.
My brain is trying to crush me.
