Doesn’t seem too amazing for a leggo, what am I missing? Is it because the real leggos aren’t available yet?

I asked a high rated ret I found in game the same question. Apparently the base stats are just very good right now, and it procs off CD.
I guess it’s just the best right now, probably because it’s consistent

Its golden for human bc of the 2% racial on stats, since the “meta” is melee its pointless to go final verdict even tho im still making it.

I’m definitely gonna make the FV leggo when I can, but it does add some decent stats when you interrupt or CC someone. I like it personally.

It’s the only legendary I think that does a lot for ret on a seraphim hoj go’s. Some others may have better sustained damage but killing people 100-0 in a hoj is all the rage, and it works… really well.
Sephuz also gives a good chunk of vers and pvpers love versatility. I notice when I pop seraphim with the Sephuz proc I get pretty damn tanky.
It’s solid, ret stat gain are good. Every 30 seconds u should have hoj so it lines up, cc reduction also nice. I think better for races that aren’t human because it doesn’t stack with relent (thank god).
As the season goes on we will see more legendary diversity.
