Iâve asked you a very series of simple questions. Thereâs no malfunction to it. It just seems like you donât know how to answer that question.
Hereâs the thing Walrus, Change for the sake of it isnât always good.
Take for example, if you put in Torghastâs Efficient looter trait in place of the normal loot. Most people will like it and some wonât mind it. Some might think it breaks immersion (though they might be wrong since AoE looting does just that), and some might complain because itâs taking up space in their bags way too quickly. (Which is a valid enough complaint since not everybody are going to have a vendor mount/toy on them)
Not all changes are going to be 100% or 0% received, and you canât blame it on âPeople disliking changeâ. Especially since it can be placed on literally anything and it does nothing but dismiss. Like if Mythic+ one day doesnât have timers and you hate that? âoop, you dislike changeâ. You see how ridiculous that sounds?
Well typically, people like choices. And not having choices is most of the times, a detriment. Which is why i praise the talent trees in DF.
Okay, so we have establshed that you do know other changes exist then.
That wasnât my point here. My point is why you think itâs the only change, or at the least, the only change worth mentioning here?..
Again, if one of the changes in the new expansion for example was untimed Mythic+, and you hate that, and i say to you âYou just hate changeâ⌠would you not say the same thing to me? Because even i know this sort of logic of positioning it to be the only change worth mentioning is kind of silly.
I would have little problem with you just saying âThese people donât like Dragonridingâ, because at the very least, it wouldnât be wrong. Infact it would be actually correct, since thatâs whatâs happening.
What standards? I kept the questions relatively simple to answer. There are no standard to meet, other then ⌠âhere is why iâve said thisâ or âhere is what i meantâ in this context.
