ELVui is up to date, the unit frames are working as is chat & the minimap. Yes, Elvui is turned on. Everything was working this morning before the maintenance.

Happening here too, assuming the addon needs an update and hasn’t happened yet. Possibly something to do with the additional options added to the “edit mode”.

Turned Elvui off and Bartender4 is not working properly. No big surprise.
Get the development build of ElvUI to fix this.

For the dev build, make sure to take the necessary folders from the dev folder after extraction. That’s something that was not specified in their Discord.

Same here, im sure tukui will patch something through for it soon.
What does neccesary folders mean?
So turning off action bars in the ElvUi menu seems to work as a temporary fix for now.
Apologies. Had to take a quick look. Inside the dev folder are the Elvui, Libraries, and Options folders.
If you have the ability to edit scripts. I got my actions bars back after commenting out lines 356 & 357 from MicroBar.lua. Folder path to script AddOns\ElvUI\Core\Modules\ActionBars\MicroBar

The Tukui.org site is down. Can’t even log into it. Can’t play wow until I can access my Hud from their client, which is broken also. 
Looks like the update is pushed through and working. I just finished installing it and it looks like it fixes everything. The website is experiencing heavy traffic though so give it time. A donation to the developers wouldn’t be a bad idea either.
The dev build solves the action bar issue.
I’m still having issues where moving stuff around/deleting/using stuff from inventory causes the item to stick around until a reload/relog.
Not sure if this is an elvui problem or a wow problem. There are bugs to go around in WoW at the moment.

Aaaaand ElvUi has been updated. 
If your bars are missing it is the perffect proof that your ElvUI it is not up to date. It’s already on 13.23. Besides, this ElvUI’s staff issue. Not Blizzard’s
I use Bartender and my xp bar is gone. An update will probably fix it.

A guildie had the same problem only to find out his install directory was not where he thought it was so he kept extrating it to the wrong location. This fixed it for over half our guild so not sure what your issue was.
