How are mages and warlocks getting fancy pvp talents like Arcanosphere or Fel bond while other classes like hunter, druid and priest are not getting nothing?
It looks like mage and warlock are Blizzard’s favorite childs

So what are they getting?
Like this:
Whoo! Whoopie! More buffs and cool spells for me!
Mage has been the golden child since day 1.
you’re aware nowhere near all the changes are up on the PTR right?
Yes and they look awesome
LOL…you got half of that equation right but missed the other half by a lot.
Why do you say that?
Priest, Druid, and hunters don’t need anything tbh. Is Convoke not enough? Is shooting behind a pillar los not enough? Is being able to endlessly heal yourself so no one can kill you, not enough???
Neither do warlocks and mages. CC for days…
Seriously, I play one of the worst class specs of pvp there is… there isn’t even a guide out there for it. But yet, did I complain when they nurfed my healing into the ground? No. I just keep playing.
Check the PTR. Expect to get stunned and then portalled into the middle of nowhere and to eat chaos bolts.
Because Warlocks have never been a favorite child of Blizzard. The last time we had a Dev that gave Warlocks any good attention, he got fired and all the good stuff he did for us was slowly nerfed or outright taken away. If you wanna find Blizzard’s favorite children, don’t start by looking at Warlocks. Look at Mages and Druids.
How long have you been playing the game for? (serious question)
Mage has been the golden child of WoW for 16 years. Not sure about the Lock comment though.
Don’t forget about pallys!
hard not too…
/puts sunglasses on.
can you turn off the light?
Because its the first pass, I’d be surprised if they didnt do more, they did say they would revamp a lot of pvp talents after all.
Warlocks, Blizzard’s favorite child?
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
You can’t be serious.
Well if nothing else, mages and locks are just DPS so their bag of tricks is inherently less flexible in PvP. They can’t shift into stag, dash behind the nearest rock, heal up, shift into cat form, and then stealth and choose their next engagement for example.
And I can’t speak for warlocks so much but in the case of mages in a battleground environment we’re somewhat toothless if there’s a couple classes with purges around. A shaman sitting on his purge button means I’m a free meal for the shaman’s buddy who’s fighting me.
Fixed.
Druid is a rollercoaster, Paladin has consistently been a top tier healer in any content.
No, they can move 50 yds in two gcds or instantly “heal” 40% of their health once a minute.
You can’t point out others advantages while discarding your own.
