It’s like pillers don’t even matter. This is actually more dumb then when they had the deep freeze stun or w/e.

Deep freeze was a whole nother level of pepega then getting free GPYs while blinking
It’s Shimmer, a mage talent, all mages can get it.
It should only allow damaging abilities to be casted while blinking, but Blizzard forgot to leave sheep and RoF off of it.

Wouldn’t be such an issue if mages could be punished for double blinking offensively

Miss the days of a mage offensively blinking and being put down for it.
Thats because we need enh buffs to put them in their place. Turbo>mages

My theory is that, they have this ability b/c in legion there was a HUGEEEEE mobility spike in melee dps, kinda crazy how kiteing isnt much of a thing anymore. But anyway if mages dident have this mobility they’d just be stuck in the past.
