Olympic lifters and strong men are big barrel chested men. Their chests are as big as their bellies. With kt that is not the case. They have giant pot bellies.
Competitive strong men don’t look like kt, maybe the amateur ones.

Each person’s reason is different but my reason for not playing KTs is because I haven’t unlocked them yet.
Going specifically by sex here;
The males look ‘alright’ in the same sense that if you cover up a damaged table with a tablecloth does. Their chin and other facial features look like someone who’s angry 24/7, and don’t really have anything to look at.
Female Kul Tirans I find to be a laughing stock with how they are. Where the male Kul Tirans have the look of actually being brutes in-game the females look -nothing- of the sort. More like a couch potato. It’s incredibly ironic that they have a ballerina dance and I find humour in that too.
I just started leveling this guy, it has been a good experience. I don’t know how much I am going to end up playing him at max level but I don’t have any problem with the KT play style.
I don’t find that Kul Tirans are overly rare. Not as common as void elves but I see more of them than mechagnomes.
I would gladly switch my DK to a kul tiran but the issue is with the new customizations coming in shadowlands i have no reason to do so. Lots of the new human customizations comes from kul tirans. And it does not seem allied races are getting extra customizations either.
I only unlocked it just to say I did, nothing more. I think it awarded an achievement though? (kind of further demonstrates my total lack of interest).

After I made this post, I’ve seen more of them.
The only allied race or new race or gated race that I thought were cool were Dark Iron Dwarves. But I’m horde so rip that, eh? But then again I’m playing a Panda so there’s that I guess.

Not speaking for anyone else here, but I think of Kul Tirans as a “meme race.” Playing a fat guy because it’s funny. I’m not really into that.
Imagine being this much of a garbage human.
No one wants the anorexic Kul’tiran models. they’re ugly as sin. Thankfully Blizzard agrees.

I don’t know what you mean. The fact that they look different from SW humans is kinda cool. They’re stout.
I’m about 5k from unlocking them and then it’s probably going to be my main for a while and my avatar on here.
