I just finished the allied race quest line to get the Kul Tirans and created this character. The thing is, I almost NEVER see anybody playing one…like maybe twice…and both times they were male. Why do you think running across someone playing this race is not common?
I’m not a fan personally of the pot belly.
They can’t be paladins so that’s also a negative for me personally as I was hoping to make a kul tiran paladin. Still seems strange that they can’t.
I’m super excited to get KTs unlocked. They do seem to be one of the slower races to Unlock, and no one likes the Rep grinds. Maybe people just haven’t wanted to put the effort in to unlock them.
Got to disagree with this one. I think they and the Zand trolls have my favorite druid forms.
That’s true. I dunno. I was just speculating. Maybe I’m just weird and like them. I like all the ARs and don’t care about things like racials, so I’m sure it’s just me being weird.
Honestly, I like the Kul Tiran models. I made a female druid. Shes kinda cute. Unfortunately, whats keeping me from playing her(and most of the AR’s, if I’m honest) is that its seriously a drag to level a class for a 3rd or 4th time.
I really wish the Allied Races would have more thematic visual flair for their abilities. Like, the KT druids while they have the unique forms, imagine how cool it’d be if all of(or even some of) the main spells/abilities had a Drust flair. Or KT shamans, being literal Tide Sages, water bolt graphic instead of lightning bolt, for example.
Stuff like that could’ve been done for every Allied Race(though admittedly, Mag’har Orcs may be an outlier in this regard). At least, that’s how I feel. I think they are nifty and I do like them. I just can’t bring myself to slog through leveling the same class yet again.
While yes Haymaker is fun and they have ones of the best druid forms overall their appearance isn’t gonna settle well with a broad majority sure a few people will love to play a burly muscle man/woman but most would have wanted something more muscle than fat.
