Again…post on your main and let’s see.
I don’t get it. Isn’t that why people wanted “solo queue” rated BGs? If you don’t want to be rated going in as a solo player, why play the mode?
How about you get back to 1800 and i’ll post on my main, deal?
As the best player here, I feel the need to remind everyone that if you do more dam you win more games.
Objectives are for the weak.
This is not the character I PvP with but go ahead with all your assumptions…
Sure buddy.
I understand. I do not enjoy the arena format. I don’t have anything bad to say about it. I just don’t enjoy it.
I like running BGs. If blizzard wants to remove BG Blitz because it’s not working, fine with me. I’ll go back to unrated random BGs where I expect it to be a mess.
It’s just a wholly flawed theory to devise a rating system based on 8 people’s performance for a SOLO QUEUED format.
By it’s nature as something you’re lining up for ALONE, you should be judged on your individual performance based on the format.
At the VERY least it should be included in the rating. Some part being based on individual performance, some part based on wins (aka team effort).
I’m not even asking for the rating to go up if someone does amazing and the team still loses. Just don’t drop me 8, 12, 16, any number when I’m literally #1 on the board with KBs, damage, and flag caps/returns.
Day before yesterday I had three wins where my rating change was 0. That’s something else I don’t understand. Had a string of losses, too, so I’m assuming that has something to do with it.
You’re using words you don’t understand. And instead of asking for advice you assume you know everything when you don’t.
This isn’t a “help me with my rotation” thread. I don’t know what you’re on about.
If you think I don’t understand my words, please enlighten me since you’re so erudite.
I don’t think I’m able to help you tbh because you don’t want to be helped. If you did you’d be asking questions instead of assuming that you’re doing everything right and everyone else’s fault you can’t climb.
You’re making a lot of assumptions about what I think. And putting a lot of words in my mouth. You can go back to your premades, troll.
My what?
Whatever, you do you. Just understand that if you were doing everything right then you’d be climbing.
Yeah, whatever. Exactly. You’ve added exactly nothing to this thread.
Well I’m top of the ladder on several toons. When you decide to start asking questions let me know. I don’t hold grudges.
Oh you’re so magnanimous. I couldn’t possibly accept your gracious advice oh Lord of the Arena. Please spare me your divine gaze.
I think it depends on luck/win streak. On my Paladin I won so many in a row that I ended up playing at 2.7 MMR when my CR is 2006. Yet on my Priest, I am hard stuck at 1732 because my MMR is close to my CR.
BTW, it took me only 45 games to get 2006 on my Paladin.
It’s exactly what people asked for, and it is definitely not “wholly flawed”. The people at the top of the boards are highly impactful players and the people hard stuck under 1800 aren’t very good. If the system was so flawed, this wouldn’t be the case. It’s not perfect, but I think it’s pretty good.
How you queue into it is irrelevant. Whether you hand knit an RBG team or solo queue into BGB, it’s still team v team.
I think the biggest issue is that you are expecting things to even out over one or over a few games. It’s often going to take dozens of games to even out. If you’re truly a pvp beast and better than the people in your bracket, keep playing and you’ll see the wins add up.
If you go on a losing streak, your MMR will go way down. Once it’s low enough that you’re in games with team MMR’s way under your CR, you will get no points for a win. But you will get an MMR bump and a chance to play in games that will get you rating.
Look, if you don’t like Blitz, far be it from me to talk you into enjoying it. But tons of people are playing it and enjoying it and find the rating system to be fairly solid.
Team game
Sometimes you do nothing right and win
Other times you do everything right and lose
just q back up
I tend to agree with your point, I can play my Ret. (which isn’t hard) without even looking at my keyboard, where as on my Shadow Priest I still struggle.
