Why are all WQ bosses behind a ton of elite enemies

We have had world bosses since MOP and they have never been hidden behind a huge area full of elite enemies. Why does Blizzard feel like we need this now?

Writing would be more lazy if the enemy didn’t give it’s superweapons guards, I mean we have:

One that is a newly made drudge sluge monster thing in the bad guys castle area.

One is a Kyrian construct that is taken over by an invading force.

Another one is Bonestorm 3.0 in the bad guys fortress.

While another is again, a forest thing that gets driven mad by the bad guys.

Strategy wise, your biggest hitters need ground support no matter what.

Going into Bastion today all I could think of when try to path through them all was, well this is annoying af, but yeah no doubt about it, these Forswarn kick butt.

Then the boss just literally fell over and ruined the moment lol.

I did it twice and it was kind of funny how fast he dropped and how little damage he did.

Just follow someone that takes all the aggro and run to the boss. Should be a group of people there to deal with them. You don’t have to fight them.

Fixed that for you.

Apply to a group, pull trash and get to boss, accept invite, phase, and lastly profit.

You should not have to group for World quests. This is why the game has decided to turn against casual players.

For… a… world boss?? When has WoW ever been around not grouping for raids?

when has WoW NOT forced you to group for world bosses when they are current content?

There were Elites near the giant from last weeks? I didn’t run into any except the initial group chillin’ next to the dude. Ardenweald had Elites…but the other one I don’t remember having issues reaching them either.

Then again, why wouldn’t the World Boss have a bit of an outdoor raid theme going?

I’ve said it before, usually talking about the glass cannon classes, it’s been this way since WoD, when I think it’s called Tanaan, the last WoD patch area opened up.

Content rewards get the elite mob trick… if it’s something you want, theres elites to kill… not good for the glass cannon class.

Eating or healing often, having to be wary of empty space suddenly getting crowded with respawns… BM hunter, Dest Lock, Prot Pally, Blood DK, Vengence DK, Bear, these are toons that just don’t care…

This isn’t weird because this is exactly what world bosses used to be like in Vanilla and BC. But then again those World bosses used to drop OP loot. These new bosses drop garbage. If they wanted to keep the classic feeling and make it more annoying to get to the world boss I’m all for it. But then keep them dropping some good loot

Well, they need to protect the Uber bosses loot. He even holds onto the loot even in death.

Fortunately, so many people head towards the world bosses that they usually pull the aggro away.

Ultimate answer to this question. Because Ion and the Devs hate the players nd walk to make it as painful as possible.
