It’s definitely tied to account. My main hit 1900 and every alt I have leveled and or arena’d with since has started at 1800+ Unless that is now the “starting” mmv? Which I thought was 1500?
Every new season you start off at 1900 and scale up or down so you are not killing a bunch of people less experienced than you.
