Look around you. Where are you? What were you doing last night? Are there empty bottles, cards, and leftover pizza? If so eat the pizza then go about finding the clothes.
If all else fails most towns have a shop you can at least grab some basics from. Assuming you did not gamble away your gold.
Dwarves! They should have a special dwarf after party care package with a basic fighting set in it.

/sets out some hot coffee, toast, eggs, bacon, and assorted fruit/pastries.
