Eh, the 111-119s are really the only tough bracket because of the neck. Every other bracket is fine if you just use heirlooms and make sure they are enchanted. But you know, people complained and Blizz caved

I’m definitely not disputing that, anyone should be fine in every leveling bracket as long as they have heirlooms, I just disagree with calling them twinks because of it. They’re geared for their level, but they’re not some maxxed out twink imo
This could be the anthem of earlier BFA. 
This is what I thought at one point too, “Engagement” on sub 120
(Lower Brackets, Lower Characters) was getting too much attention early in BFA.
They found a way to get the end game investment @120 the attention IMO.
Looks like it backfired, but hey levelers/questers do not really notice the terrible Queue times for PVP.
Now 120s can do pretty much the same thing within the lower brackets,
premade only. 
The party sync brackets are interesting. The strongest party sync bracket is 111-119 since scaling allows 120’s to be very strong
It sets stats. But trinkets, azerite traits, bis essences, and now the cloak and corruption effects are not scaled down.

What about what you said did I misunderstand? You claimed that a leveler in quest gear was a twink because he had better gear than someone else in the BG. That is not what a twink is… I actually did twink for a little bit as a side thing back when it was still possible so I do know what twinking is. So many people, you included it seems, think that anyone who outgears someone else a little bit counts as a twink, that’s simply absurd.
What are you even trying to say here? Some other morons made threads claiming that quest gear made a twink? Talk to anyone who was actually in the twink community, or even someone outside of it who isn’t butthurt and can look at things objectively, and they will agree that’s a ridiculous assertion.

111-119 is its own bracket
partysync scales you down and gives you a template on par wirh BOAs of the same level.
in 110 thats ilevel 170. enchants/gems/az traits are turned off.
in 111-119 partysync 120’s get a template at ilevel 284 AND azerite traits work i believe.
omg how can this game be so screwed up like this?
I just played a bg in the 110-119 bracket and there was this horde DH that was simply tearing through our team. It was clear he had some sort of advantage. Then I looked in the armory… the guy is a 120 and has a rank 15 cloak, a level 88 necklace and the 3 azerite equipments at level 480.
How can Blizzard let this happen? It’s so demoralizing I stopped queueing for the day. I was having a good time leveling up a disc priest in bgs but after that I think I’ll just go questing.

It eventually was segregated. XP off and On.
Then, they literally cut the brackets in half.
Then, they reformed them.
This dev team needs to figure crap out for PvP.
So the bracket is 111-119? You are mad because I mistook one level?
It doesn’t matter, my priest is level 116 iirc.
Dude just give up these maroons are going to justify cheating anymeans possible. They either are extremely ignorant but the numbers don’t lie, they do have double the health and they do, do double the damage. You can’t convince these a-holes.

There is no PvP director. PvP is now designed by mythic raiders for mythic raiders.

No you’re just bad, good players don’t take advantage of exploits to pummel someone else. In a even playing field I doubt you’d be 1/4th as good as you think you are. You’re like a one trick in league of legends taking advantage of a champ buff cycle, once you’re forced to play equally with others you’re hot garbage.
So I shouldn’t be allowed to play pvp unless I no life the game, utilize exploits (cheating), and pummel weaker gear characters? No wonder why you twink. LMAO. you can burn right past the last expansions mooching xp in bg’s and i cant do anything about it. once you hit 110, the CURRENT EXPANSION starts and you’re expected to play it. at every level, not just 120. you can’t hide/hangout in bg’s without effort like the first 109 levels.
3 pieces of zerite gear or gtfo. if you’re not ilvl 240 by level 111 you’re doing it wrong.
