Only thing I can think of is your loot specialization is set to outlaw.
Unfortunately WQ gear doesnt follow your current loot spec. Its going to be random.
Your best bet for dagger is BOE greens from AH if its not too expensive. you can also que normals or heroic and try your luck for dagger.
Do bgs and get honor you can buy daggers from pvp vendor at 340 ilevel, which you can further upgrade with honor. Should only take about 5 or so bgs

Yeah I’m having the same issue. They might as well stick a megaphone next to my ear and scream “play the slot machine spec” as loud as possible with how hard the game is shilling it.

i think blizz should update the wq to at least favour the chosen loot spec; consistently being offered the wrong weapon type is a slap in the face. oh, blizzard and their RNG.

Having the same problem. Blizz in their infinite wisdom has 2 of the rogue specs relying on 2x daggers a weapon type that they exclusively use. Other classes CAN use agi daggers but none of them can get them from drops in dungeons.
now i’m not getting ANY weapons!

To avoid this problem I have a weaponsmith toon that will prepare some daggers for my rogue for when he hits 70 >:)
Thanks Bliizz that we are like the only 2 specs in the game that have this type of weapon restriction bottlenecking our drops and upgrades. Is this what classes who need shields feel like haha
yeah i went right into weaponsmithing shortblades when i realised how few daggers there are in the game.

There’s a rare in azure span you can kill daily for a chance at an agi dagger. Blisterhide I think. Got it on my 2nd try.
are you talking about the reclaimed survivalist’s dagger?
i got that from a different rare- wilrive-, also in azure span. 372 ilvl. rejoice!

Also the aurgument of RNG is flawed. This is 100% bugged. Since launch not a single WQ has been for daggers.
After this week of quests i will have a total of 8 maces. Rewards from WQ, dungeons, and rares. I will have 2 full sets of pvp and pve maces.
Honor daggers once upgraded are 360s ilvl so you could waste all your time in bgs only to still be kicked when trying to raid.
Conquest daggers are not achieveable as who will duo or trio with someone who cant deal dmg.
Blizzard needs to hot fix this right now. No joke.
This issue is even worse for hybrid classes. As a Resto Druid, I can’t even tell you how many AGI / STR trinkets and Polearms I have. It’s dumb.
Blizzard 100% needs to make WQs respect loot spec.
i could have a warrior in full 372-389 gear by now. so much plate. so many str 2h weapons.
Since launch not a single WQ has given a dagger, It has only been maces/axes.
I never minded the random crap from WQ before cause after the first week of an expansion the WQ gear was useless if you did M+ or raid but now that it scales up the rewards should follow the spec you have your loot set for.
