They pay the least amount in subs, consume by far more content than the average joe, lend to the unhealthy perception of mmos and generally ruin the game for everyone else as they are convinced it is all a competition.
Yet here we are. The majority gets table scraps, while a few get all of the pie.
I can’t tell if this is sarcasm or not. The hardcore players just chose what covenants were best for their class, the casual players just chose what they liked the most. No harm done.
It most definitely happens. Quite frequently, in fact. Not to me, but there’s a lot of people who’ve complained about it on here, in game, on reddit…
I’ve been doing M0 and M+ since day 2 and have not once seen this. Do you have any proof that it’s because of the covenant and not anything else?
Well there’s your first mistake. People will spew whatever nonsense they want because they think that’s the reason they’re not getting into groups, but they’re more than likely wrong.
I’ve never seen an expansion cater so much to nonhardcore gamers. Literally everything about shadowlands is timegating and holding back people who want to progress as fast as possible. I hate Alts and I’m thinking of making on this xpac because of how coddled people are right now with catchup mechanics.
It’s impossible to be a hardcore wow player in this xpac just due to the fact that everything is time gated.
They tend to be the ones who experience all the content, can give valid opinions on all aspects of the game, and are there for the long haul. Casuals tend to quit all the time whenever the system doesn’t favor them.
There is a famous Simpsons quote:
" >Treating everyone equally when they are clearly not equal is called what children?"
