So you watched the first 30 seconds of one of my links lol if you’d bothered to watch them all you’d see it’s not just fire mages.
Boomy, enh, ele, dks, rogues, arcane mage, etc… are all capable of globaling someone at 120. And all of those clips are from very high rated arenas, so gear is more or less equal and they are fighting against skilled opponents, so this isn’t just a fresh 120 fighting BiS thing.
I mean of course 120 is more balanced than low level, top level is always what they aim to balance around. I’m not trying to claim they’re equally balanced. Just pointing out that one shots and team wipes happen and end game too, you and all the “TwInKs ArE bAd” crowd loves to make it seem like end game is a bastion of perfectly fair PvP while low level is the wild west. In reality there isn’t that much daylight between them.
yeah its tough for a loss I couldn’t bring myself to level this toon but I kept it just as a reminder. Also yep pretty much esp if the team has several boomys or fire mages sometimes pallys too everything just melts
This is why I never claim twinks are bad at pvp, many of them are but you can tell them apart.
And this is the exact same reason the ability and willingness to stop xp just to gear up for a bracket that should run its course in no more of 4 hours of dedicated play is absurd, and not fair for the majority people who are there just leveling.
I don’t mind geared people who keep Xp On and got their gear while gaining Xp, because that’s the same people they are going against.
When BGs awarded no Xp that’s all we wanted: a way to stop Xp to get all and every possible piece available. BG’s were only for those who wanted to compete because the satisfaction of melting face was the only reward.
The game is different now, and as long as you gain Xp from BGs is only fair that those who don’t want Xp stay separate.
In BFA an entry level (x0) character can get statistically closer to an end level (x9) character than EVER before in WoW.
The brackets have never been this balanced in terms of access and balance through scaling on gear/items.
This is old news, the numbers are there for you to see and observe.
Rofl you keep vomiting the same thing like if you just read it but never experience it.
Scaling is one thing, but gear does make a difference, and to get BIS, you NEED to cut your Xp gains.
Besides, the problem is not an individual twink, is the entire twink community with their premades against people who for starters, individually don’t stand a chance, let alone against a group of coordinated BISers.
What is and what isn’t “PVP” is relevant. One of the most notorious twinks of all time “Lildude” used to spend his off time camping lowbies in Tarren Mill and called it “epic PVP.” One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.
I’m not disagreeing with you. I’m saying that it’s a term that the aforementioned like to take out of context. They’re not doing it because they actually believe it. They’re doing it to try and get a rise out of people. It never works but they’ll keep trying.
Granted you can queue at level 20 which is still pretty “new”, but the game does bar you from entering BG’s in the beginning and steers you toward questing.
I mean if you started the game and didn’t use a boost you wouldn’t even have rings or trinkets for a long time. Probably not even shoulders either. The dungeons and quests are designed around that limitation, but you’ll get donkeypunched in a BG.
At any rate, the reason Twinks are hated is because they want to be hated. It’s a big part of what they do and why they do it, I imagine.
Well, They should create a twink only Bg’s. I am sorry but the truth is that it’s not enjoyable at all when someone uses pay to win tactics and buys 300 ilvl gear in the AH and is nearly unbeatable because of it. Obviously those of you who have 119 twinks don;t give the damn because you have the full advantage. Maybe if pvp was not world of stun craft i would have been better, but wait…never mind…By the time i can charge a twin mage i am already dead…And he must have had put incredible amount of effort to press one button…Why some of you get a pair of…and admit the fact you’re comfortable because you can blow people out with no effort. Why this has to be about who has more twinks wins?. All you need a twink disc priest and you have a game won. While i agree that there should be an advantage when you have gear, but the gap should not be miles in between.
