Am i the only one tired getting into randoms and horde players in merc mode messing it up so the other side wins? somehow they seem to have a friend on the other side they help. it’s not our fault their ques are long but they don’t need to ruin it for ally players

I don’t think it’s even possible to coordinate such that your friend is on the horde aide while you get into the alliance side as a merc.

Without Horde help , alliance wins in BG’s will probably be even lower .

It’d be near impossible to coordinate that given the queue time difference. You likely ran into a bad player, both sides have them.

I do this ALL the time.

I enjoy losing so much, I merc for the fast queues so I can get as many losses as possible.

My favorite thing to do is call incoming to a node, wait for people to show up and then move to another node. Rinse and Repeat.

On CTF maps, I purposely run the wrong way.

IoC, I take a glaive to my base and fire at my own walls.

There are all kinds of ways to have fun as long you like losing.

if horde queue is 12 minutes and alliance is 2, then the horde queue’s first, then the merc queues after 10 minutes. both need to be b,net friends with each other.

To do all that to make sure the alliance loses that particular BG ?.. anyway how do you ensure both enter then same BG as multiple BG’s are happening at the same time anyway .

make sure you are b,net friends, the system tries to put friends together.

TBH i don’t see the need to merc to give horde a win, you would do better to just both play on the same horde team.

i will however admit to throwing games to let alliance win, either for a friend on the alliance team to give them their daily win or because im annoyed by my own team mates.

i’ve got rage whispers from mercs in the past, if it was changed to block that i don’t know when, but you can just PM through b,net or discord

I merc … I try to win. I am only mercing because I need a win and horde wait times are too long . Trust me I am trying my best.

Yes you can. I had a dance party with some hordies in a bad loss at the mines in ab last night.

A horde disc came and got in a 1v2 and us 3 dancing off to the side just watched.

Game was 1200 to 250 at that point.
